Menthol crystals are a 100% natural product used for aromatherapy during sauna sessions.
They saturate the air in the sauna with the healing aroma of menthol and create a feeling of light coolness and freshness throughout the body.
Menthol crystals help open the airways and are absorbed into the body through the skin and respiratory tract.
Crystalline menthol has anesthetic properties, reduces throat irritation and swelling of the mucous membrane.
Use:
Place a few crystals on hot stones and pour water from a ladle over them. The sauna will spread an intense, long-lasting aroma that pleasantly refreshes and cools the skin and respiratory tract.
You can also dissolve a few crystals in hot water (crystals dissolve at a temperature of about 50ºC) in about 4 liters of water and pour it on the stones.
Ideal for respiratory inhalations.

Important: Very concentrated! For a sauna area of about 4 m2, 2-3 medium-sized menthol crystals are enough. Larger quantities can irritate the eyes and respiratory tract.
